Click2Cure’s Terms & Conditions For Software Plan
Thank you for purchasing Click2Cure’s Doctor Growth Plan.
Plan Scope and Applicability
- The digital marketing plan purchased is designed for use by a single doctor specializing in one medical specialty. It is not applicable to couple doctors, multiple doctors or more than one doctor.
- The plan covers a single Facebook page, single Instagram account, and single Google My Business (GMB) profile. Additional pages or accounts will incur extra charges.
Page and Profile Management
- Setup of the Facebook and Instagram pages are as per your plan details.
- Doctor is responsible for generating and managing passwords for these accounts. Doctor must not share username or password of any of Doctor’s digital properties with Click2Cure staff.
- Extra charges will apply for the setup and management of multiple pages.
Changes/revisions on your first look
- Click2Cure team will present you your first look of your website and theme design for your social media content. Please be ready with your changes/revisions in one go. As per policy, second revision will incur additional cost.
- Please be prepared to provide feedback and note that only one revision to the design is included. Any additional revisions beyond this will incur extra charges which are 300/- per design,
Regional Content
- Regional content posts are not included in the standard software plan. These can be added through a customized regional post package, which will be available at an additional cost.
Compliance and Responsibilities
- All posts and campaigns will adhere to the guidelines set by Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google. If the doctor’s profile is blocked or Google verification is pending due to compliance issues, Click2Cure will not be held responsible.
- If earlier Doctor’s profiles are blocked by Google or Meta then before onboarding to Click2Cure, Doctor must share the same with Click2Cure onboarding staff.
- If multiple agencies are managing same account then Click2Cure will not be held responsible for violating any guideline of Meta / Google.
- The doctor must ensure that their profile complies with all Meta and Google guidelines to avoid any potential issues.
Account Access and Passwords
- During onboarding, the doctor must be ready with all necessary profile passwords. Click2Cure’s team will assist in setting up the accounts via AnyDesk; this process will only occur once and will not be repeated.
- If the doctor loses their password, Click2Cure will provide guidance but will not handle password recovery directly or create support tickets with Google or Meta.
- Click2Cure team is not responsible for your Facebook, Instagram or Google’s password recovery. If Doctor will not have passwords handy then their “onboarding” process will be delayed.
Data Security
- Click2Cure’s team will not store or manage Facebook, Instagram, or Google passwords. While we configure your accounts with our software, we will request you to provide us access to your profile only. In this entire process, your password will not be shared with us. Access to accounts will be facilitated through a one-time setup via AnyDesk.
Refund Policy
- 100% advance payment are accepted.
- Payments for the digital marketing plan are non-refundable once made.
- Refunds will not be provided for any services rendered under this plan, including but not limited to setup, management, and compliance issues.
Campaign Support for Meta or Google
- All Google or Facebook / Instagram campaign’s ad budget will be added by respective Doctor. Click2Cure personnel will only help you in setting up right campaigns as per your plan.
Additional Charges
- Any additional services not covered under this plan, such as extra pages, extra reels, Logo, banner, designing any other post/brochure etc, regional posts, or extended support, will incur additional charges. These services are available upon request and will be billed separately.
- Management of Doctor’s YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, What’s app API integration, managing your own website will be on additional chargeable basis only.
- We offer a logo design service with three unique options to choose from, at a cost of ₹2000. This fee covers the initial design and allows for up to two revisions. Should you require additional revisions beyond the included two, each will incur an extra charge of ₹300
Termination and Non-Refundable Policy
- Click2Cure reserves the right to terminate services if the doctor fails to comply with these terms or if there are issues with account management that are outside of Click2Cure’s control. Termination will not result in a refund of any payments made.
Changes to Terms
- Click2Cure reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the doctor and will apply to services provided after the date of the change.

By purchasing and using the Click2Cure digital marketing plan, the doctor acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
