Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Click2Cure, a software platform operated by Mivita Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd, Vadodara, Gujarat, India (“Mivita”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Click2Cure is a subscription software platform that helps doctors, clinics and hospitals manage their clinic website, Google Business Profile, social media, advertising, reviews, WhatsApp communication and related reports. Features may change as we improve the platform.

2. Accounts

You must give accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you allow to use it.

3. Subscription and payment

Plans, prices and billing periods are set out in your order form or invoice. Fees are payable in advance and are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST). We may suspend access if payment is overdue, after notice.

4. Your content and approvals

You own the content, logos, photos and data you provide. You give us a licence to use them only to provide the service. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before it is published, and for making sure it complies with the rules that apply to you, including the guidelines of the National Medical Commission (NMC), Dental Council of India (DCI) or the relevant AYUSH council.

5. Medical disclaimer

Click2Cure is a marketing and communication tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and AI-generated drafts must be checked by a qualified doctor before use.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the platform to publish false or misleading claims, guaranteed results, comparisons that disparage other practitioners, or patient information without written consent, or to break any law or third-party platform rule.

7. Third-party platforms

The service connects to third-party platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) and payment providers. Their availability and policies are outside our control.

8. Intellectual property

The platform, its software and design belong to Mivita. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer it.

9. Cancellation

You can cancel at the end of your current billing period by writing to us. On request, we will help you export your content within 30 days of cancellation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for outcomes such as rankings, patient numbers or revenue, which we do not guarantee.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Vadodara, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
