Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Mivita Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd (“we”) handles personal data on Click2Cure, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

1. What we collect

Doctors and clinic staff: name, phone, email, qualifications, clinic details, logos and photos you upload, and account activity. Enquiries from patients: name, phone number and the message submitted through a clinic’s form or WhatsApp, collected with consent on behalf of that clinic. We do not need patients’ medical records for the platform to work.

2. Why we use it

To provide and improve the service, publish content you approve, deliver enquiries to the right clinic, send service messages, and handle billing and support.

3. Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run the platform (such as cloud hosting on AWS, messaging and payment providers) and with platforms you connect (such as Google and Meta), under contract and only as needed. We never sell personal data.

4. Storage and security

Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encrypted connections and access limited to people who need it.

5. Retention

We keep data while your account is active and as required by law. When you close your account, we delete or anonymise your data within a reasonable period, unless the law requires us to keep it.

6. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to act for you, by writing to us. Patients can contact the clinic directly or write to us.

We may update this policy and will show the new date at the top.
