The rules of engagement between Click2Cure and the doctors who choose to grow with us. Clear, upfront and binding once a service is purchased.

Welcome to Click2Cure. By accessing or using our website, services, products or software — including but not limited to TRUST™ customized plans, Software Plans, TopRank365, Design Studio, WebStudio, Reel Studios and any add-on services — the doctor agrees to be bound by the Terms & Conditions set out in this document. Please read them carefully before purchasing any service.

Part A

General Terms & Conditions

Applies to every Click2Cure engagement — across all plans, products and services.

Section · 01

Service Usage

  • All Click2Cure services — including social media posts, reels, captions, GMB optimization, websites, AI tools and software access — are intended for the engaging doctor’s personal or clinic use only. They may not be resold, copied, redistributed or shared with third parties.
  • Click2Cure does not guarantee specific results such as exact Google rankings, lead counts, revenue or patient footfall. Performance depends on multiple external factors including specialty, location, ad budget, market competition and practice responsiveness.
  • AI-generated content accuracy may vary. The doctor agrees to review all content — especially medical claims, treatment information and patient-facing advice — before publishing on any platform.

Payments & Billing

  • All Click2Cure plans require 100% advance payment unless explicitly stated otherwise in the engagement agreement.
  • Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 18% is applicable on all invoices and billed extra to the plan price.
  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways including Razorpay. Convenience charges, processing fees and platform fees, where applicable, are payable by the doctor.
  • No service, onboarding or content creation will begin until payment is confirmed in full.

Onboarding Timeline

  • Service onboarding begins within 3 to 10 working days of payment confirmation, subject to the doctor providing all required assets, brand details and account access.
  • Delays caused by the doctor’s late submission of required materials are not the responsibility of Click2Cure and may push delivery timelines accordingly.

Section · 04

Account Access

  • The doctor agrees to provide admin or editor access to Click2Cure for Facebook Page, Instagram Business Account, Google Business Profile, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads account, website backend and any other accounts required to deliver the engagement.
  • Click2Cure does not request or use the doctor’s account passwords at any point. Access is granted strictly through official platform invitations and role-based access controls.
  • Withdrawal of access during an active engagement may pause or restrict service delivery. Click2Cure is not responsible for resulting service gaps or missed deliverables.

Section · 05

Data Ownership & Privacy

  • All patient data, appointment data and clinic data captured through Click2Cure tools — including the Practice CRM, Practice OS, dashboards, booking links and forms — belongs to the doctor. Click2Cure acts as a custodian of the data while the engagement is active.
  • The doctor is responsible for collecting and handling patient information in compliance with applicable Indian data protection laws and medical confidentiality norms.
  • Click2Cure does not sell, share or commercially exploit doctor data or patient data.
  • On termination of an engagement, the doctor may request export of their data in a standard format.

Section · 06

Intellectual Property

  • All graphics, posts, reels, templates, AI prompts, scripts, website code, design systems and digital assets created by Click2Cure remain Click2Cure’s intellectual property.
  • The doctor receives a license to use these assets for their clinic or brand for the duration of the engagement and beyond.
  • The doctor may not resell, modify for resale, redistribute or share Click2Cure materials with other clinics, doctors, professionals or businesses.

Third-Party Platforms

  • Click2Cure’s services integrate with third-party platforms including Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), WhatsApp, payment gateways, hosting providers and AI engines (OpenAI, HeyGen and others).
  • Click2Cure is not responsible for outages, account suspensions, policy rejections, algorithm changes, ranking fluctuations or any decisions taken by these platforms.
  • In the event of account suspension, duplication or verification issues, Click2Cure will provide priority guidance but cannot override official platform rulings.

Doctor’s Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate clinical information, services, treatment details and credentials for content creation.
  • Follow ethical medical guidelines and ensure no misleading claims are made on content published through Click2Cure’s services.
  • Maintain ownership and control of personal Google, Meta, WhatsApp and website accounts.
  • Respond to patient inquiries generated through marketing in a timely and professional manner. Marketing alone does not convert — the practice must respond.
  • Not misuse any Click2Cure AI tools, software, dashboards or systems.

Ethical Commitment

  • No fake reviews under any circumstance. All reviews must be collected by the doctor from real patients of the practice.
  • No clinically misleading content. No fear-based marketing. No discount-led campaigns that compromise the doctor’s credibility.
  • Click2Cure follows 100% ethical, industry-standard digital practices for medical professionals.

Section · 10

Limitation of Liability

  • Click2Cure is not liable for loss of leads, patients, revenue or business opportunity.
  • Click2Cure is not liable for Google Business Profile ranking fluctuations or visibility changes driven by Google’s algorithms.
  • Click2Cure is not liable for account suspensions imposed by Google, Meta, WhatsApp or any third-party platform on account of the doctor’s content, ad policy violations or platform-side decisions.
  • Click2Cure is not liable for errors caused by outdated, incomplete or incorrect information provided by the doctor.
  • Delays caused by holidays, technical issues at third-party platforms, or external factors are not the responsibility of Click2Cure.
  • Click2Cure’s maximum liability under any circumstance is limited to the amount paid by the doctor for the specific service in question.

Section · 11

AI Tools & Token Usage

  • AI tools — including content generation, review writing, image creation, chatbot responses, AI Digital Twin reels, Custom GPT and any other AI-powered feature — are powered by third-party AI engines (OpenAI, HeyGen, image generation models and others).
  • AI outputs vary in quality, tone, accuracy and style. Click2Cure does not guarantee that every AI-generated output will match the doctor’s personal preference, stylistic expectation or content standard.
  • GPT tokens and AI image credits — once consumed — are not refundable, regardless of whether the doctor liked or used the generated output. Tokens consumed during regeneration, revisions, retries and trial outputs all count against the allotted monthly or annual pool.
  • AI-generated content may produce factual errors, hallucinations or outdated information. The doctor agrees to review all AI-generated medical content for accuracy before publishing it on any platform. Click2Cure is not responsible for the medical accuracy of AI-drafted content once published by the doctor or the doctor’s team.
  • AI outputs may vary across regenerations of the same prompt. Two attempts to generate the same content may produce different results — this is an inherent characteristic of generative AI, not a defect.
  • AI-generated content may, at times, be flagged or down-ranked by platforms (Meta, Google) under their respective AI-content policies. Click2Cure is not responsible for platform-side decisions on AI content.
  • AI Digital Twin clones depend on the quality of source footage and voice samples provided by the doctor. Click2Cure cannot guarantee a specific likeness, voice fidelity, expression range or motion accuracy beyond what the source material supports.
  • AI models, capabilities, pricing and limits set by underlying providers may change. Click2Cure passes through any such changes — including token recalibration, feature deprecation or pricing revision — when mandated by the underlying provider, without prior notice where the provider does not give Click2Cure prior notice itself.
  • The doctor acknowledges that AI is a creative tool, not a guaranteed creative outcome. Dissatisfaction with AI output alone is not grounds for refund, replacement or token credit.

Section · 12

Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstance once payment is received and onboarding has begun.
  • The doctor acknowledges and accepts this no-refund position at the point of purchase.

Section · 13

Termination of Service

  • Click2Cure reserves the right to suspend or terminate service in case of abuse, harassment or unethical behavior; misuse of AI tools or software; non-payment or chargebacks; or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
  • No refunds will be issued for accounts terminated under these conditions.

Section · 14

Changes to Terms

  • Click2Cure may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version is always posted at click2cure.com/terms-and-conditions.
  • Continued use of Click2Cure services after an update implies acceptance of the updated terms.

Section · 15

Jurisdiction

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to Click2Cure services shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Vadodara, Gujarat.

Part B

Plan-Specific Terms

Additional terms that apply to specific plans and products, in addition to the General Terms in Part A.

TRUST™ Customized Plans

Foundation™ · Acceleration™ · Dominance™

  • All content under TRUST™ plans is fully customized to the doctor’s specialty, voice and patient psychology.
  • Ad budgets (Meta + Google) are paid separately and directly to the respective ad platforms. Click2Cure does not charge for, control, or absorb ad spend.
  • Websites are included only in annual TRUST™ plans — Foundation includes a 1-page website, Acceleration includes a 3-page website, Dominance includes a 5-page website. Quarterly TRUST™ engagements do not include a website.
  • Where a website is included, domain charges up to ₹1,000/year are covered by Click2Cure. Domains exceeding this amount are billed to the doctor at actuals.
  • Performance under any TRUST™ plan depends on the doctor’s clinic-side follow-up and a realistic, sustained ad budget.
  • Dominance only — WhatsApp Official API: Click2Cure provides the platform access and first-time setup demo. WhatsApp API usage charges (per-conversation, per-message) are paid separately on a pay-per-use basis directly by the doctor.
  • Dominance only — Practice OS: Click2Cure provides full platform access, onboarding demo and ongoing guidance through the account manager. Day-to-day build-out of flows, forms, funnels, automations, content, communities and LMS modules is handled by the doctor’s team.
  • Dominance only — AI Chatbot (Website Brain): API credits required for chatbot operation are chargeable based on usage.
  • AI features in Dominance — Custom GPT, AI Digital Twin, AI Avatar Reels, AI Chatbot — are subject to General Terms Section 11 (AI Tools & Token Usage).

Software Plans

Growth Engine · Growth Cruize

  • Software Plans run on a specialty-aligned content library shared across doctors of the same specialty. Each doctor’s library is personalized through the branding frame — logo, name, clinic, phone and brand colors.
  • Growth Engine — website: Hosted on a Click2Cure subdomain (click2cure.com/drname). No custom domain.
  • Growth Cruize — website & domain: Custom main domain included; domain charges up to ₹1,000/year covered by Click2Cure. Renewal terms shared at year-end.
  • Growth Cruize — Meta Ads: Campaign setup, execution and lead reporting handled by Click2Cure. Ad budget paid separately by the doctor directly to Meta.
  • Growth Cruize — TopRank365 inclusion: The full TopRank365 AI suite is bundled at Plus-equivalent quota (1 Lakh GPT tokens + 50 AI image credits per year, shared usage pool). Extra tokens and image credits are chargeable at the add-on rates published by Click2Cure.
  • GMB auto-posting frequency: 15 posts per month via Click2Cure software for both plans.
  • Live GMB dashboard access is included; manual monthly reports are available on request.
  • AI features in Growth Cruize — TopRank365 AI suite, AI review reply, AI image creation, AI captions and hashtags — are subject to General Terms Section 11 (AI Tools & Token Usage).

TopRank365 Standalone

Lite · Plus · Max

  • Monthly GPT token and AI image credit pools are usage-capped per the chosen tier. Pools reset monthly and do not carry over.
  • Additional tokens and image credits are chargeable at the published add-on rates and topped up on request.
  • The doctor must provide admin or manager-level access to their Google Business Profile for Click2Cure to deliver AI-led audits, optimizations, replies and posts.
  • Click2Cure does not influence Google’s GMB algorithm, ranking position or review visibility decisions. Suspension, duplication or verification issues are handled with guidance only.
  • Lite & Plus: Cover 1 GMB profile each. Max: Covers 2 GMB branches under one subscription.
  • Max only — Physical Reputation Kit: NFC tap-card and printed QR standee couriered to the clinic within 10–15 working days from onboarding. Replacement kits, if requested due to loss or damage, are chargeable.
  • Magic QR (digital) is included with all three plans.
  • All TopRank365 AI features — review writing, image creation, audits, optimizations, category updates, offers posting — are subject to General Terms Section 11 (AI Tools & Token Usage).

Design Studio

Studio 100 · Studio 365

  • Design Studio is a one-time, non-recurring pack. No automatic renewal, no monthly billing.
  • A specialty-aligned content planner is shared upfront. Design work begins only after the doctor approves the planner.
  • Delivery timeline: 4–5 working days from planner approval.
  • One round of revisions across the entire pack — further revisions are chargeable at the standard design rate.
  • Final files are delivered in the doctor’s chosen format (square or Instagram). Re-delivery or format conversion later is chargeable.
  • Captions and hashtags are delivered as a PDF document. Click2Cure does not post, schedule, manage or upload designs to the doctor’s social channels under this pack.
  • Stationery design, logo design, video/reel work and other custom design services are scoped and quoted separately on request.

WebStudio

WebStudio 1 · 3 · 5

  • WebStudio is a one-time, non-recurring website pack. The price covers website design & development, 1-year hosting, SSL certificate and 1-year maintenance.
  • Domain is not included. The doctor purchases the domain separately from any registrar, or Click2Cure assists with the purchase and bills it separately.
  • Hosting renewal from year 2 onwards is billed separately. Renewal terms shared at year-end.
  • 1-Year Maintenance scope: Bug fixes, uptime monitoring, SSL renewals, security patches.
  • Quarterly Content Update: One round of content edits per quarter — adding a few photos, updating written content, editing a service. Excludes structural changes, redesigns, new page additions and new feature development. These are quoted separately as custom development.
  • Practice CRM connection is optional and free of cost where the doctor requests it.
  • AI Chatbot Widget add-on (₹4,999/year): Click2Cure handles integration and 1-year support. The chatbot connects to the doctor’s own GPT/API account — the doctor owns and pays for the API token usage directly. Subject to General Terms Section 11 (AI Tools & Token Usage).
  • SEO setup, blogs, and websites with 6 or more pages are scoped and quoted separately based on requirement.

Reel Studios

Reel Studio · AI Reel Studio

  • Reel Studios are one-time, non-recurring packs. Final reel files are delivered to the doctor — Click2Cure does not post, schedule or manage reels on the doctor’s channels under these packs.
  • Delivery timeline: 15–20 working days from approval, slot-based. Higher-volume packs may run closer to the upper end of the window.
  • One round of revisions across the entire pack. Further revisions are chargeable at standard rates.
  • Scripts and content for every reel are written by Click2Cure and approved by the doctor before production.
  • Captions and hashtags are delivered as a PDF document.
  • Regular Reel Studio (10/20): Unlocks 5 reel formats — Doctor’s own footage, Patient testimonials, Pictory-style, AI Reels (generic), AI Trending Animated.
  • AI Reel Studio (3/10/30): Unlocks all 7 reel formats — the 5 Regular formats plus AI Digital Twin and AI Influencer.
  • AI Digital Twin clone: One face + voice clone is created free with any AI Reel Studio pack. Additional clones — for partners, colleagues or multiple speakers — are billed at ₹4,999 per additional clone.
  • Doctor’s Own Footage reels: Final reel quality depends on the quality of footage provided by the doctor. Click2Cure handles editing, branding and captioning but cannot improve poor source footage beyond reasonable post-production limits.
  • Patient Testimonial reels: The doctor is responsible for obtaining patient consent for use of testimonials in marketing materials.
  • AI features in Reel Studios — AI Digital Twin, AI Influencer, AI Generic, AI Trending Animated reels — are subject to General Terms Section 11 (AI Tools & Token Usage).

Acknowledgment

The Terms above are designed to keep the relationship between the doctor and Click2Cure transparent, ethical and predictable. By engaging with any Click2Cure plan or product — TRUST™, Software, TopRank365, Design Studio, WebStudio, Reel Studios or any add-on service — the doctor confirms they have read, understood and accepted both the General Terms (Part A) and the Plan-Specific Terms (Part B) applicable to their chosen engagement.
